This was a debate tournament in the British Parliamentary debate format, the Bard IV was held (or started on) 9/21/2019. I tried to write down all the motions from all the rounds, but if any of them are missing or are wrong, please contact me and I will change them.

Here are the motions:

Round 2: This House Supports “Cancel Culture”
Round 3: This House Believes That Puerto Ricans should advocate for independence over statehood.
Round 4: This House Would limit copyright terms for works of art (including fine art, music, film, literature, etc.) to the original artist’s lifespan
Round 5: This House Would prohibit hospitals from being owned by or affiliated with religious organizations (eg, Catholic hospitals)
Novice_Semi THR the portrayal of parental figures as incompetent and/or out-of-touch in children’s media.
Novice Final Motion: This House Believes That small island nations should declare a state of emergency due to climate change
Open Quarter Final: This House Believes That the United States, when confronting organizations designated as terrorist groups, should pursue a strategy of engaging with perceived moderates within the group’s leadership in an attempt to exact concessions (e.g., prisoner exchanges, cease-fires, or political freedoms for minorities under their control) rather than pursuing a policy of explicit non-engagement.
Open Semi Final Motion: This House Believes That supporters of Medicare For All should advocate for the abolition of private insurance.
Open Final Motion: This House Believes that individuals who have committed mass atrocities deserve to suffer in the afterlife
